Kids Yoga: Saturday Series
Join yoga instructor Meghan for stories, singing, movement, and fun for littles!
In these 45-minute sessions, we’ll play and practice some easy-to-remember tips for calming and relaxation. These sessions are geared toward kids who are crawling or toddling.
Ages 6 months to 4 years. An adult must accompany each child.
