Love Yourself Workshop
Love Yourself this Valentine’s Day! Join us for a series of heart openers that will leave you feeling energized and more spacious – inside and out. Essential oils will be used to help you reconnect with the pure and simple ways of the heart and renew your sense of love and trust for yourself and others.
Finish your practice with a tea meditation. Think pink rose petals, chamomile and bergamot oil.
