Mardi Gras- an Inspired Event to Benefit Youth Advantage

We invite you to join us for the 8th annual Mardi Gras fundraiser for Youth Advantage.
Join us for an evening of fun while helping to raise money to help keep kids on the path to success!

The event features fabulous festivities, Mardi Gras-themed music (followed by your favorite after-dinner dancing tunes), bourbon tasting, live auction, New Orleans flare, food, and fun! Lee Valsvik (radio & tv personality) and Miss Shannan Paul (comedian & radio personality) are sure to entertain all of us in their roles as Emcee and Auctioneer! This event is for individuals 21 years and older.

Typical Friday night attire. Bring your authentic Mardi Gras mask if you are inspired!

Dinner selection:

First Course: Festival Salad (pears, apples, oranges, dried cranberries, pecans, and gorgonzola on mixed greens with a Champagne Vinaigrette)

Entrée Course options:
- Cajun Grilled Pork Tenderloin (gluten free)- w/ carmelized onions; served with red beans/rice and vegetables
- Shrimp and Grits (gluten free)- served with vegetables
- Creamy Cajun Chicken Breast – served on fettucini with vegetables
- Vegetarian
