Plant a Seed - July 2025

Green Business Members — you’re invited to an inspiring summer evening of connection and discovery at our Plant a Seed Meet-up on Wednesday, July 16, from 5:00–6:30 PM. This event is hosted by Sustainable Stillwater MN through our Green Business Directory program and is designed to showcase what’s possible when sustainability and community go hand in hand. We’ll begin at Establish Salon (3515 Lake Elmo Ave N, Lake Elmo), where you’ll meet co-owners Gaby and Ninna along with guest Heidi from Juniper Organizing. Then we’ll stroll next door to visit Thrive-HQ, where owners Matt and Greg will share their green journey. We’ll end our walk at the Lake Elmo Inn, across the street, where Chef John will discuss how the Inn tapped into BizRecycling grants to support their sustainability goals. Food and drink will be available for purchase, and casual networking will wrap up the evening. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear real stories from fellow green businesses, gather new ideas, and plant seeds for future collaborations.
