Vin & Yin + Vino at 7 Vines Vineyard

This 75 minute “Vin + Yin” class blends the aspects of an active vinyasa practice, with the soothing elements of yin yoga.  All levels are welcome. Participants are encouraged to bring your own mat and water.

Led by Meghan Black, Expert & Certified Yoga Instructor at Align Optimal Wellness. This class will be held at 7 Vines Vineyard at 101 Hwy 96 East, Dellwood, MN. Stay for a glass of wine or yummy food! Wine sample and coupon provided!
