Tracey Mortensen is the owner and founder of Inspiring Actions Yoga in Hudson, Wisconsin. She started Inspiring Actions in Hudson in 2008, teaching her signature program, Yoga 101. Inspiring Actions has grown to 2 locations (River Falls, est. 2019) and supports 25 local yoga teachers. She has studied yoga with master teachers Seane Corne and Baron Baptiste and has extensive training in both pre-natal and Yin yoga. Tracey is passionate about helping brand new yoga students start a practice, as well as spreading health and wellness throughout the St. Croix Valley.
