At the June 11th WBB monthly meeting, we are back IN PERSON! To celebrate, we are meeting at Washington Square Park in Stillwater for some networking, introductions, conversation and a special presentation on our health & wellness!
Join the Women's Business Bridge leadership board, fellow WBB members and guests for our first IN PERSON meeting in over a year! We're not just having a meeting, we're having a party...in the park!
We will share in conversation, introductions and a special presentation with Dr. Ashley LaBore, PT, for an interactive, FUN and insightful meeting to focus on the aspects of our health and wellness that we can control.
Learn the self-care techniques that will help you keep grounded as we forge through the changes of the past year and transition into new territory this summer and beyond.
Learn an interactive movement program, full body stretch break from sitting, essentials of posture and proper alignment, healthy daily routines and breathing exercises to decrease stress and help us relax.
Please wear comfortable clothes! Please bring your own chair too!

Meet Ashley LaBore
Ashley LaBore, PT, DPT, COMT Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist
Ashley has a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy since 2009 as well as advanced training and certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. She teaches Doctorate of Physical Therapy students at the University of Minnesota and has a bustling private practice in Stillwater, MN called "Align Optimal Wellness."Helping people to recover full function and achieve their goals is a priority for Ashley. Clients find her to be a supportive and caring advocate for the whole person while she uses evidence-based treatment for recovery as well as preventative training for longevity, health, and hyper-wellness through the lifespan.
Some of her favorite clientele are women like YOU all - with big dreams and goals for an active and healthy lifestyle!
