Your Transitions Journey

Change is the event that happens outside of you – transition is your personal, individual, unique journey. Those are 2 different things and while we often plan for the change, the transition itself can take us by surprise. Transitions aren’t easy. We get attached, it’s hard to let go and the “new” feels uncertain EVEN if we chose the “new”.
Join us on Friday, September 13th to learn how to turn transitions into an incredible learning opportunity.
- Understand what trash/ baggage you are carrying with you that make the transitions harder, take longer and be less successful.
- Look for the treasures that lie in each transition and explore the possibilities.
- Experience a process that uses images and questions to help you surface or sort the treasures from the trash. This unique combination will pull up associations and thoughts that might go unnoticed or unnamed otherwise.
After 25 years of consulting, teaching and experiencing change and transition, Jean “gets it”. Let her share a few of her key learnings with you to help you (and those you work with) messy changes into successful transitions.

Women's Business Bridge is a networking group for women in business, providing professional development and education for women of the St. Croix Valley and surrounding areas. WBB is a program of the Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce and was created to give female business professionals an avenue to focus on their business, network with other women in business and to receive personal & professional development.

There is a parking ramp connected to the Lowell Inn Banquet Center - when you park there, you will get a ticket that can be validated at the WBB check-in desk!

Fees/Admission
Free to WBB members and FIRST-time guests; $20 for Stillwater Chamber members and $25 for non-members.
