He has 30 years of hands-on experience leading and mentoring HR teams as well as resolving employee and other HR issues in manufacturing, transportation, health care and service industries. During his career in Corporate America, his teams were audited by the Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), The Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). In addition, he needed to resolve issues with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the National Labor Relations Board. He knows what it feels like to receive fines in the tens of thousands of dollars. He wants to help and teach clients towards better compliance so that they do not learn the way he did, the hard way.
