Lift Bridge Brewery cuts the official ribbon in celebration of their ten-year anniversary.

August 2018. Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce celebrated Lift Bridge Brewing Company’s ten-year anniversary with a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 16. The event took place at the local brewery taproom. The Ribbon Cutting was attended by quite the crowd including, Greater Stillwater Chamber ambassadors, board members and staff, city officials, beer-drinking comrades, and community friends and patrons.
Ten years have gone by quickly in the brewing world for Lift Bridge. The Brewery has a dynamic and exciting team behind their mastery of a company, ensuring their fore-front involvement and visibility in the community. Lift Bridge keeps a creative scheme throughout their advertising, marketing and branding, and to local sippers and visitors alike, it is easily eye-catching and recognizable, enticing you to enjoy a local brewsky. Lift Bridge hosts and array of community events and the ten-year was not shy of epic. The event kicked-off with the Ribbon Cutting on Thursday bringing with it a surprise pop-by and speech from the mayor of Stillwater, Ted Kozlowski. This only started the long weekend celebration which was followed by an all-day event on Saturday, and tours Sunday. The anniversary bash was filled with a huge live music line-up, food truck eats, and of course Lift Bridge beers. There were activities to partake in including, cigar rolling, a beer dunk tank, axe throwing, giant yard games, and hammerslagen. Lift Bridge genuinely celebrated all the love and support Minnesotans have poured upon the brewery throughout their years in business.
Lift Bridge Brewing Company is a Minnesota-based craft brewery. It is Minnesota's seventh largest and well known for its flagship beers, including; Farm Girl Saison® and Hop Dish® IPA. Lift Bridge currently distributes in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota. Lift Bridge Brewing Co. was founded in 2008 by homebrewers Brad Glynn, Dan Schwarz, Trevor Cronk and Jim Pierson. Originally brewing for friends and family, the gentlemen eventually began brewing bigger batches and sold their first keg of beer in September of 2008. In 2010 they moved into their current brewery space and opened the taproom in 2011. Lift Bridge is currently the oldest operating Taproom in the State of Minnesota. In January of 2018 Lift Bridge announced their upcoming expansion into a new facility that will be opening sometime in 2019. The new space will carry Lift Bridge Brewing Company into a future filled with even more delicious beer.
