Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed local business, Pancheros Mexican Grill, to the Chamber and the community with a ribbon cutting celebration on November 30th, 2022. The event took place at 1820 Market Drive Suite C, Stillwater, MN.  General Manager Joe Kohler Jr., his family, Greater Stillwater Chamber ambassadors and staff were there to join in the celebration.

When Rodney Anderson opened the doors to the first Panchero's restaurant in Iowa City in 1992, he knew that he was onto something. Guests watched as homemade dough-balls transformed into perfectly pressed tortillas for their burritos in seconds.
