Chamber Welcomes Lakewood Tavern to the Community with a Ribbon Cutting Celebration!

GREATER STILLWATER CHAMBER OF COMMERCE / PRESS RELEASE Chamber Welcomes Lakewood Tavern to the Chamber and the Community

Christopher Deuth cut the ribbon at the Chamber Ribbon Cutting Celebration on April 1st, 2024

Lake Elmo, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed local business Lakewood Tavern with a ribbon cutting celebration on April 1st, 2024. Owner Christopher Deuth, along with his family, staff, local patrons, friends, Greater Stillwater Chamber ambassadors and staff were gathered for the celebration.

Christopher Deuth, along with his business partners Lou Schafer and Tom Williams, opened up Lakeside Tavern in March of 2023, with years of experience between them and a clear vision of what they were creating; a neighborhood tavern with incredible food, plenty of televisions to capture all the sports, a great beer list, great specials and exceptional customer service coming from a team that is happy and proud to work there.  One year under their belt and “there is plenty of room to grow” says Deuth, but we think they are doing pretty well already, with a loyal following, supportive family and friends, and a nearly full restaurant at 3pm on a Monday.  I think we will only see Lakewood Tavern grow and flourish with every passing year.

Lakewood tavern has a full scratch menu, with breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, consistent hours, a great happy hour, an expanding seasonal patio, private dining or meeting space for up to 60, and a great, inviting atmosphere! Check out Lakeside Tavern today!
