Mallards Restaurant opens new location in New Richmond, Wisconsin, October 4th

David and Gail Suddath open their brand-new location in New Richmond, WI, on October 4th, 2019.

The Greater Stillwater Chamber is proud to announce the Grand Opening of a third location for Mallards Restaurant on October 4th, 2019.  The New Richmond location, formerly Brady's Brew House, has a beautiful dining and bar area, and an upstairs event space. The upper banquet room holds up to 75, the Mezzanine seats up to 35, or they can be used as one large area. Additionally there is an arcade area with darts and skee ball in the backroom of the establishment. 

 

David Suddath has over 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry, in which a majority of his time was spent as regional vice president with Buca di Beppo and as general manager for Cheesecake Factory in Kansas City. Dave’s extensive background in those eateries, famous for their hospitality and cozy family style eating, explains why Mallards is known and renowned by locals and visitors alike for their ‘get comfortable and stay a while feel’. Southern hospitality is more than a tradition, it is their passion. The Suddath family looks forward to continuing to interpret classic dishes, award-winning seafood and Cajun fair, and serve the metro area and beyond, as more sites are being considered for future expansion.
