Eckberg Lammers, P.C. is happy to announce attorney Mitchell Sell as the newest addition to our firm. In his new role, Mitchell will join our growing and expanding Civil Litigation team. He has a passion for being in the courtroom and advocating on behalf of clients.
Mitchell has been with the firm since 2014, when he started as a litigation support assistant. Throughout his undergraduate program and law school, he returned to the firm to work as a summer law clerk. This spring, Mitchell graduated from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska at the top of his class. While in school, he clerked for the Sarpy County Public Defender’s Office in Nebraska, arguing two cases before the Nebraska Supreme Court. He also participated in Creighton’s moot court team, competing in the New York City Bar Association National Moot Court Tournament – where his team was awarded best brief in the Nation.
“We’re delighted to welcome Mitchell to the firm,” said shareholder Thomas J. Weidner. “His outstanding academic performance, passion for legal advocacy, and notable early trial experience have prepared him to add considerable value to our Civil Litigation team.”
Originally from Stillwater, Minnesota, Mitchell strives to form personal relationships with his clients that serve as a basis for comprehensive and holistic representation, allowing him to understand not just what their ambitions are, but why they are important.
