Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Align Optimal Wellness

Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomed local business,
Align Optimal Wellness, to the Chamber with a ribbon cutting celebration on August 2, 2021. The event took place at 402 Main Street N Suite 350 in Stillwater, MN. Align Optimal Wellness’s staff, instructors (a few not pictured), family, as well as Greater Stillwater Chamber ambassadors and staff were there to join in the celebration.

Dr. Ashley LaBore, PT, DPT, COMT has been carving her trail with helping people feel better physically and mentally in the St. Croix Valley for a while now! She has trained youth, adults, and seniors in a variety of ways to help each individual meet goals, prevent injuries, and reduce or eliminate pain. Dr. LaBore and Carol Ricci, previous owner of Natural Balance Pilates, recently joined forces and are now located under one roof at Align. Pilates is a natural complement to physical therapy. Dr. LaBore states, “We feature private sessions for physical therapy, hands-on manual therapy and bodywork, personal training, massage therapy, Pilates, reiki, and other wellness services.”  

Another area that Align Optimal Wellness focuses on is functional movement patterning. She has multiple specialists on the team who work with individuals to retrain their bodies and brains on how we were made to move most efficiently, and to save on our body’s wear and tear.  They meet one on one, lead classes, and lead group events as well.
