Chamber Welcomes Tice-Hause Design Build LLC

September 23, 2019. Stillwater, MN. The Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce welcomes new member Tice-Hause Design Build LLC at a ribbon cutting celebration on September 18, 2019. The event took place at Parade of Homes House #37 in Stillwater. Tice-Hause owners, staff, family, Chamber Ambassadors, members and staff were there to join in the event. 

With over 30 years of experience in the business, Craig Tice prides himself on his systems, setting the standard for his interior/exterior custom designs, and providing superior guidance for his clients. This pride was evident at the ribbon cutting event for this new Chamber member, which was held at a private home built by Tice-Hause and currently featured in the prestigious Parade of Homes. John Ostrowski, local agent for Ostrowski Insurance Agency, and owner of the newly built home, could not say enough about his experience with the builder. 

“I am well acquainted with having homes built for me, this was my 5th build, and it was by far the easiest builder that I have worked with,” said the pleased home owner. “Craig’s specialized custom millwork gives a classical touch to the home,” John added. 

Craig Tice has focused mainly on vacation property builds in northwestern Wisconsin with Tice Construction, and only recently has added new residential builds to his repertoire. He has been working in the valley as Tice-Hause Design Build for almost a year and is enjoying being closer to home. “Growing up in White Bear Lake, I am very familiar with the St. Croix Valley area, in fact, my first new home project was in Oak Glen Golf Course, back in 1991. Ironically, my wife and I just moved into a home on that same golf course and are planning to remodel the house and raise our son there,” explained Craig. He and his wife, Julia, also a local small business owner, reside in Stillwater with their eight-year-old son, Jake.
