Zephyr Theatre and Manitou Fund enter into purchase agreement to help Arts organization move forward

STILLWATER, MINN. — April 12, 2023 — The Zephyr Theatre, a nonprofit performing arts organization, announces that Manitou Fund, a Minnesota private foundation, has executed a purchase agreement for the Theatre property, at 601 Main Street North in Stillwater. Manitou Fund will give The Zephyr time to reorganize its educational and performance programming, plan for the future, enter into a lease opportunity and exercise an option to repurchase at a future date.

This supportive effort enables the arts organization to envision and engineer a future for community-based arts education and programs,” says Oliver Din, president and chief executive officer, Manitou Fund.
