Community Thread's Holiday Hope

Community Thread's Holiday Hope program connects people in need during the holidays to with those willing to provide them with some hope. Families, low-income seniors, and adults with disabilities are matched with community sponsors who provide individually chosen gifts and a holiday meal. The Holiday Hope program is still seeking additional sponsors to support registered households. Please consider sharing your holiday spirit with those in need by sponsoring a family or individual. Sponsorship forms are available on our website at www.communitythreadmn.org, by calling 651-439-7434, emailing holidayhope@communitythreadmn.org or at Community Thread. Registration deadline is Friday, December 5.
