December Wine Dinner

Delight in a deliciouse three course dinner paired with wines that will enhance each course. Menu: Amuse Bouche & Champagne Reception, Chestnut Bisque - crispy speck gaufrette – tarragon – surprise Blood Orange & Persimmon Intermezzo, Slow Roasted Local Goose - blueberry – parsnip dressing – sauce natural, Molasses Spice Cake - mascarpone ice cream – cornflake crispies – rosemary.       

After dinner stay in one of our rooms with  a jaccuzzi fireplace and receive a 20% discount.  Reservations are required for the wine dinner and rooms.  Must have four course dinner to receive room discount
