FREE Advance Care Planning Class
Buurtzorg Neighborhood Nursing is hosting a free seminar on the importance of having a Health Care Directive. This free class, open to anyone age 18 and over, will discuss terms associated with Advance Care Planning, as well as an opportunity to complete a Health Care Directive in class. Bring your questions and anyone you may be considering as your health care agent to this informative class.
