Bring a belief, worry, uncomfortable memory, or performance issue you would like to feel differently about. You can keep it private. We'll work through one issue as a group and everyone will "borrow benefits" to resolve their own issue. If you want to know more about how to
"Transform your Thoughts to Transform your Life" naturally; this is for you. Please bring water and a notebook/pen.
