Transform your thoughts to Transform your life! Bring a belief, worry, uncomfortable memory or performance issue you would like to feel differently about. You can keep it private. We'll work through one issue as a group and everyone will "borrow benefits" to release the emotional charge of their own issue. Please bring a notebook/pen and water bottle.
