Learning Session on Mediation

The Neighborhood Service Exchange is offering a free learning session on the topic of "Mediation," presented by Bill Funari. Bill is a NSE member and President of Conflcit Management Resources. He will provide information on mediation including what it is, how it works to settle disputes, techniques and styles to use and when to use them. You will also learn when to call a professional as well as other information related to the topic of mediation. There is no charge to attend this session but reservations are needed by March 25.
