Learning Table Luncheon

Have you ever thought of someone from another generation as impatient? 
Or stuck in their ways?
Or entitled? 
If you answered yes, you are not alone. These are common struggles shared when communicating with someone from a different generation. And becomes a barrier to having thriving, productive teams.
Understanding and acknowledging generational differences is the first step. Yet there is more to it if we want to kick butt as a team.
 
Participants can expect to:

• Practice ways to improve communication with co-workers from other generations. 
• Discover what you can do (and not do) to help team communication thrive. 
• Review the differences with those other generations. 

Be a leader who understands the differences of the generations and you will have an advantage. Create a culture that will lead your industry into the future.

Jen Bertsch has offered professional coaching and training for nearly 10 years.
