Preparing a Moveable Feast
A loaf of bread, a bottle of wine and thou. We all love picnics, and this Italian feast guarantees to wow that special person or even rekindle romance! We will prepare these basket filling delights together with Suzanne, then enjoy sampling the results. First will be a traditional Antipasto tray of cured meats such as proscuitto, soprosetta, coppa or mortadella, marinated mushrooms, artichokes, onions, tomatoes and mozzarella to enjoy with crusty bread. Italian Baked Beans will pack well alongside portable salads of Grilled Chicken and Gremolata and a vegetable-packed Ravioli. Buttery Semolina Currant Cookies provide a sweet ending to the picnic. And what picnic is complete with out wine?
