Sold with Skidmore Transaction Coordination (SWSTC) is a family run business and operates out of their home in Lake Elmo, MN. As the transaction coordinator, they help others reach their real estate goals. Whether you are a real estate agent or client, they will assist from contract to close, working with Lenders, Agents, Title Companies and clients. SWSTC will take over the transaction as primary contact, making sure each step in the process is given the highest possible level of customer service. This leaves agents to do what they do best - finding and selling in the best interest of their clients.
