Roundtable Discussion: Next generation of workers and leaders
As the Greater Stillwater Chamber continues our partnership with the schools in town, and in line with our mission of Bridging Business & Community, we are hosting a round table discussion to identify and discuss areas of need in our next generation of workers and leaders.
Getting young people into the workforce, and assisting them to find their own niche is more challenging by the day.

Jon Hinzman is the work experience coordinator at the Stillwater Area High School, and his job is to work with students who are identified in need of transition programming. He works with these students to teach them job and life skills and to keep them engaged and excited about their future. This is a crucial time for some of these students and Jon would like to meet with some business leaders to open up these discussions in the community.
