This is an opportunity to listen and learn from a Human Resources veteran who has managed the HR functions in small and mid-size organizations for over 25 years.
Albert Einstein has a famous quote: "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough". Doug knows HR and will explain it simply.

This is the first seminar in a series of three that will be held every-other week. Upcoming topics: "Hiring Right- It All Begins With The Job Description", and "The Importance of a "Good" Employee Handbook".
We will evaluate the attendance/participation at the end of the series. If successful, a new series will be scheduled and continue this Fall.
