Strides For CJD walk
Join us for a family friendly 2.5 mile walk to find a cure and provide family support for those dealing with Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD). CJD is a rare neurodegenerative disease that has no treatment, or cure and is invariably fatal. Events include: Silent Auction Raffle Photo Booth Memorial Candle Lighting Ceremony Refreshments Come for the walk and stay to enjoy all that Lake Elmo Park Reserve has to offer!!
