Stuff the Bus

Join Community Thread and United Way of Washington County-East on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 for Stuff the Bus. Help meet the needs of kids in the Stillwater Area School District by donating school supplies. Stop by Stillwater Area High School between 4:00-7:00 pm to drop off school supplies, sort supplies for hygiene kits, and assemble healthy snack packs.  All donations are welcome; specific lists of needed supplies can be found at www.communitythreadmn.org or www.uwwce.org. Top supplies needed include: trapper keepers, calculators, notebooks, and headphones. If you are unable to attend the event, please consider dropping off supplies at any of these locations: Community Thread, United Way of Washington County-East, Acapulco Mexican Restaurant in Stillwater or the Stillwater Gazette. If your child is in need of school supplies, please contact your child?s school. Sponsors for the event include St. Croix Education Association, Xcel Energy, Target, and PowerUp.  Stuff the Buss is held in conjunction with the Volunteer Expo.
