How better to usher in the summer than with a down home Texas BBQ? BBQ is all about outdoor parties, great food, beverages, friends; but Texas BBQ is a spirit and lifestyle as big as Texas itself! Tonight we fire up the grills and Suzanne teaches you to create these traditional Tex/Mex recipes of Grilled Cowboy Rib Eyes with Ranchero Sauce and Pico de Gallo; Chicken Breast with an Ancho Adobo Sauce; Rustler Salad with Avocados, Roasted Corn, Red Peppers, and Tortilla Strips with a Cilantro Vinaigrette; Cowboy Beans; Potato Dubloons topped with Red Chile Sauce and Asadero Cheese, and for desert, a cooling Cinnamon Ice Cream.
